Your performance is monitored by the Verification Oversight Organization (VOO). The following sources of data on Verifier performance are used to calculate the Verifier score (scores are from 0 to 5):
- Verifier exam scores
- Desktop Review outcomes
- Counter Verification outcomes
- Shadow Verification outcomes
- Facility feedback
- Brand/report user feedback
- Disputes
The Verifier Body (VB) score is an accumulation of the individual Verifier scores. Other information relating to VB quality may also be included such as complaints received. Currently, VB and Verifier scores are shared with VBs through a custom VB dashboard. We are reviewing the possibility to make the scores public.
