Contact SLCP Support team for:
  • General clarification on the SLCP process and protocol
  • Support on Gateway account registration and approval, or technical issues on the platform
  • Questions about the Data Collection Tool or interpretation of questions in the Tool
  • Feedback and comments for continuous improvement of SLCP
  • Concerns or additional support for a prolonged outstanding issue

Contact the VOO for:
  • Questions related to the verification process, the Verification Protocol and/or Verifier Guidance
  • When you encounter quality issues and want to give feedback related to the verification process, a Verifier and/or Verifier Body

  • Questions about Verifier/VB qualification, exams, status maintenance, VB requirements, Gateway issues related to Verifier or VB profiles
