All Verifiers must be associated to an approved Verifier Body to maintain approval. For changes of Verifier Body, the Verifier must complete the Change of VB form (https://fs26.formsite.com/Sumerra/SLCPChangeVB/index.html). Additional actions to complete the transfer are provided in response to this form. Verifiers that are not associated to an approved VB will be inactivated and will remain inactive and unavailable for assignment until the transfer process is completed.
