No. SMAQ is not the ESEP. It is not related to the FLA, WRC, or EcoVadis. Completing the requirements of ESEP, such as an audit, audit acceptance review, or training, or being affiliated with or completing a survey for the FLA does not mean you have completed a SMAQ and vice versa.
